Soya Lecithin (GMO/NON-GMO) is extensively used in numerous food products as readily disperses and forms emulsions in water and utilized to make macaroni, non-dairy cream, whole milk powder and ice creams to name a few. The food oil is utilized as emulsifiers, wetting and dispersion agents.
